Nice hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Continental breakfast had plenty of choices every morning and was slightly different. However you could get the standard waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, bread, muffins and milk every day if you like to eat a little lighter.
Over all its a good value and nice location.

BEST HOTEL IN THE SUMMERVILLE, CHARLESTON, SC AREA - HANDS DOWN! Stayed here for almost 6 weeks when had issues with apartment last year (9-10/2022) and got to know all of the staff, especially the ladies who run this place. Anytime I come back to this area, this is where I stay (moved back to NC recently and came back for a conference this past weekend). Also, met a lady who is currently living in the hotel due to her home burning down while she was at work (and lost everything). They take the time to get to know you and look out for you (especially when a single female traveling alone). Awesome people, clean and safe environment and always ready to assist with whatever need. See you ladies next time I visit!
I love all Hilton brand hotels most all of the time. I'm a frequent traveler/Hilton Gold Member with small toy breed dogs that travel with us. My only complaint about this location is the $75.00 pet fee. This past week alone, I've spent many nights at several Hilton brand hotels. This one, in particular, is the highest price pet fee I've ever paid at a Hiton. I questioned the older lady who checked us in. She was not the friendliest host by any means. Number one, she didn't greet me as an honors member. ( which every hilton does) She was not friendly and seemed quite agitated. While waiting for my husband to park my pups and I stood in the entryway. I even tried to spark conversation such as, "Are you full this evening?" etc. Upon checkout this morning, I was greeted by two fantastic people who deserve recognition for actually doing their jobs and being friendly and caring about my stay. Society these days is tough enough, but they apologized for the rude lady and did say that their pet fees are $75.00. Personally, I will not stay at this location again because somehow I feel this is the franchisees choice, not Hilton. After all, Paris Hilton advertises on TV holding her beautiful toy dog. Hilton/Hampton Inn owner, you should consider lowering that fee if you want good customers and good pet loving people such as myself staying with you again.
Room & people were great-we stayed twice in two weeks, however, the nightly rate seemed high compared to other recent stays elsewhere in comparable areas.
Room smelled like wet animal. Great that it is pet friendly, but rooms should be cleaned better. I brought my pet and made sure that I cleaned thoroughly regularly. The odor from prior guests with pets would not go away. If a guest does not clean properly during their stay with their pet, it is the hotels responsibility to make sure it is ready for the next guest. The pool was closed upon arrival and once opened, was gross. Floor was grimy, bugs and leaves in the pool, and the skimmer with tons of dead bugs was emptied on to the patio. There 3 days and the pool was never once cleaned. Water smelled sweaty also.
We traveled to Summerville for a wedding. Our experience at this Hampton Inn was excellent. Everything was clean, the breakfast was great, and it was centrally located. I would recommend this Hampton Inn!
My sister and her husband were staying here. My husband and I met them here and were treated like royalty! Offered water even though we weren't paying guests and let us hang out in the lobby for a gab fest! Another Home Run for the Hilton gang!
